Withdrawal of principal before maturity only with approval. Interest withdrawal only after credited to account.

Penalty for withdrawal before maturity may apply:

1. If account has an original maturity of one year or less = three months interest on amount withdrawn.
2. If account has an original maturity of more than one year = six months interest on amount withdrawn.
