Collateral Loans

Here is the most cost effective, easiest and quickest way to borrow if you already have a savings account or certificate of deposit with The Milford Bank. As a depositor, you can borrow at a rate of interest that is only 2% o deposit rate. You may elect to pay interest only on your loan quarterly and hold off indefinitely on repayment of the loan balance. You may otherwise elect to make regular monthly principal and interest payments. Stock collateral loans are also available and secured by publicly traded stock certificates for up to 60% o Market value.
