The Milford Bank offers interest-only legal trust accounts to attorneys and others with fiduciary responsibility over client funds. The accounts earn competitive interest that is compounded daily, credited monthly, and paid to the Connecticut bar foundation.
To simplify record keeping, the monthly interest earned is used to pay any monthly account maintenance charges and any excess interest earnings are paid to the state bar foundation.
