About the Milford Bank and The Milford Bank Foundation:
The Milford Bank has been supporting the communities that it serves since 1872. The pillars of our mission at The Milford Bank are our belief in community, customer service, and corporate responsibility. The Milford Bank Foundation was established in 2003 to give back by helping provide for local charities today and well into the future.
We are proud to be good neighbors and to support the many worthy causes that provide services to those who most need help. We can’t contribute to every organization, but we consider community impact and community need when deciding how our funds can best be used. We provide support to 501(c)3 not-for-profit organizations that support low-income families.
Some of the needs we support include:
- Groups supporting the needs of Milford, Stratford, West Haven and Orange.
- Homelessness and low-income housing
- Soup kitchens and pantries
- Financial Literacy
- Performing arts
- Veterans Support Organizations
- Youth Development and Safety
