Attention— Customers have been getting calls from a scammer pretending to be from Milford Bank fraud and security. The phone number that appears on Caller ID is 315-227-4847. The scammer asks for the customer’s user ID and password, which they use to access the customer’s account. Please note that we NEVER ask customers their passwords. When in doubt, the best course of action is to hang up with the call and contact the Bank at 203-783-5700.
